Case study
StormBridge Claims Desk
Claims Operations Management Platform
My role: Business Manager, Product Owner, Workflow Designer, and Low-Code Application Implementation Lead
01The business challenge
Claims work for roofing and restoration contractors involved many moving parts — intake, documentation, reviews, status updates, and contractor communication — without one central place to manage the lifecycle.
02The opportunity identified
A dedicated platform could centralize claims intake and tracking, give contractors their own portal, and give management clear visibility into status and next steps.
03My approach
I led discovery of business requirements, mapped the claims process end to end, designed the workflow architecture and role structure, and implemented the application with low-code tools — followed by testing, refinement, and ongoing improvement.
04The system designed
A role-based platform connecting a contractor portal with internal review workflows, document organization, notifications, and management dashboards.
