Case study
Midtown Property Portal
Property Management & Tenant Operations Platform
My role: Property Manager, Product Owner, Workflow Designer, and Low-Code Application Implementation Lead
01The business challenge
Property operations relied on scattered communication channels. Tenant messages, maintenance requests, and vendor follow-ups were difficult to track in one place, limiting visibility for both management and tenants.
02The opportunity identified
A single portal could give tenants one clear place to submit requests and receive updates, while giving management a consistent view of open work, communications, and service coordination.
03My approach
Starting from day-to-day property management experience, I mapped how requests and communications actually flowed, defined the requirements, designed the workflows, and built the portal on a low-code platform — then launched it and supported tenants through adoption.
04The system designed
A tenant-facing portal paired with management workflows for work-order intake, service request coordination, vendor follow-up, and centralized property information.
